We use the EAW SMS5 speakers for audiences with as few as 10 people
to halls with as many as 200. These are small, bookshelf speakers,
easy to carry and rated at 175W. They're especially terrific when
powered by Bryston Amps. Originally made in Italy, they're the best
quality, most efficient, best output for the price (around $160USD).
They sound so good, we sometimes use them as mixing monitors, and
almost always for our larger installations in museums, aquaria, zoos,
and other public spaces. They also stand up well in most types of
weather. http://www.eaw.com/products/sms5.html
