Yes Phil, it would also be interesting to have noise floor results for the line inputs. An appropriate and common measure for this would be the dynamic range or signal-to-noise ratio specification, which is already provided by many (but not all) manufacturers. I still have not measured the line input dynamic ranges because I feel that it is less important. Actually, I guess that the dynamic ranges of nearly all common recorders are good enough (>80dB) for most field recording applications.
