I did not think I was changing the subject, Paul was talking about the noise he 
encountered while using this pre-amp with particular microphones all I was 
doing was 
elaborating on the noise figures of the mic's he was using and that he should 
use a load 
resistor. Yes there was other information there but it was all part of Paul's 
enquiry as to 
the noise he was experiencing with this particular amplifier.
