I have the SD302 and like it a lot (best of the kind). Those 
connectors are pro style because the SD302 IS a pro mixer and there 
is too little space for a variety of connectors. It is possible to 
buy or soldier connectors which interface the mixer to consumer 
gear, like XLR->RCA unbalanced, etc.
