Thanks Phil for reminding us of Rob's mic list - a great resource.
And Rob,
Thanks for maintaining it (the mic list that is).
If you want another one to add to it, I noticed this <16 noise mic at
the Rode website.
Model: Rode NT55
Link:
http://www.rodemic.com/?pagename=3DProducts&product=3DNT55
Signal/Noise ratio DIN/IEC 651:
79 dB (1 kHz rel 1 Pa; per IEC651,
IEC268-15)
Equivalent Noise:
15 dB SPL (per IEC651,
IEC268 -15)
Sensitivity at 1 kHz into 1 kΩ:
-38 dB re 1 Volt/Pascal
(16 mV @ 94 dB SPL) +/- 2 dB
Power:
P48, P24
Street price: $350.00
I also noticed their NT45 omnidirectional capsule.
It comes with the NT55 but can be bought separately to be used with
the NT6, NT4, NT5, NT5-S, or NT55. Street price: $90.
I am not recomending these mics, as I have not tried them and I have
no idea how they actually perform.
When I purchased my AT-3032's, I asked the supplier if by chance they
came in a matched pair. They didn't, but his suggestion was to buy the
matched NT5 and two omni replacement capsules instead. A bit skeptical
of how that might work out, I decided to stick with the 3032's.

notice he has recently produced a separate list of mics with <17dB
self noise which would be a good place to start:
