I didn't start this thread and I suggest it be ended before all our brains turn to mush. There are between 200 and 400 billion birds and 500 million domestic and feral housecats in the world, all of whom are looking for a meal. If we saw 100 crows feeding 100 cats we would still be as far away from "often" as we are from Tau Ceti.
