The PMD620 was announced at the beginning of October. Here's some
information from the Marantz press release:

A couple of web sites (Martel, Full Compass) indicate they have the
PMD620 in stock, but I don't think Marantz has started shipping. It
could appear any time.
Initial price will be about $400, but I expect the price will go down
a bit after the initial orders are filled.
