Including sound files in Adobe Captivate projects?

I have a sound recording that I want to include in an Adobe Captivate
project. But, I don't know how to do that.  And, as usual, the Adobe
documentation is sparse. So, I immediately thought of you--all the
knowledgable people in this group.

Does anyone have experience including sound files in Adobe Captivate
projects? Or, would you know of someone who might?
