Paul, this recording was simply a delight, seriously! WOW! I have listened =
to it several times with my eyes closed and it really felt like I was there=
. The buzzing insects going from one "ear" to the other was awesome, ?made =
it seem like there were bugs on the outside of my headphones!

Subject: [Nature Recordists] Mount Samaria Dawn Chorus

Hi All,

I had a chance to do some recording over the weekend and have made an
edited version of a longer recording of the dawn chorus at Mount
Samaria State Park, in North Central, Victoria.

Gear was MZ-RH1 > homebuilt mic preamp > 2 X AT3032 mounted on a
"Curt Clone" rig.

It's a bit of a cacophony but the more obvious birds that can be
heard are Superb Fairywren, Scrubwren, Eastern Whipbird, Gang Gang
Cockatoo....

cheers
