Interesting article on the origins of the BBC sound archive on their website this morning - not totally off topic it has a snatch of what they say was the first bird song ever recorded - can't tell what it is though (canary suspected) ! http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/magazine/6968321.stm Chris |
