gradually getting louder, and the recording then climaxes as the geese fly = through a stereo soundstage (from right to left, or do I have my speakers set up backwards?)= . They then recede. Just as they are about faded into silence, a coyote comments. The = recording's length, beginning, middle and end and integrated nature make it comparable to a com= position, or musical piece, or a poem. This is relatively unusual for a nature recordin= g. |
