This looks simular to a mic setup I did for a Telinga dish. I made one with two mic elements for stereo recording but have not gotten it into the field yet. It will be going to Costa Rica in a couple weeks though. I placed my elements pointing back at the dish though and I built power into the mic. I will try to post some pics soon.
