Edirol R-09 can't get files from SD Card

Hi,

I borrowed an R-09 and did get my first 'test' files from the until by USB
but now when plugged in it says NO CARD and disconnecting from the PC the
unit shows there are no files on it but restarting allows the files to be
played - so I dubbed them in manually.... boring.

The PC also crashes after the USB is disconnected so there is some issue
there and the SD card cannot be read even with a card reader so I am
assuming the SD file structure is corrupted but still sort of usable...
weird. Perhaps it lost power or was not disconnected properly..

Anyone else had any problems with this?
