It sounds like the back end of an Iberian Chiffchaff trill to me, I have
heard similar to this, its not unlike some other warblers I have heard here
in the US too...

I have just loaded [unknown 1]070127.mp3 into the files area. Can 
anyone help me put a name to it ? Recorded in the French Jura at about 
500m asl, in about 50cm of snow in January. Sounds like a warbler but 
wrong time of year. I feel a bit stupid asking as it seems quite 
straightforward (please don't tell me its a Great Tit fooling around !).
