http://tinyurl.com/2wq98r Love it, love it, love it!!!!!!! I took the Nagra Ares PII+ out with me tonight hunting for frogs and invertebrates, using a DPA 8011 Hydrophone I was able to test the mic-pre's with the recorder in a relatively quiet environment. This sample has not been filtered or normalized; you get what you're given! Recorded in mono at Message: 44. Subject: 1k 24bit resampled down to .mp3......... I highly recommend this recorder, I do wish it had a buffer but you can set a trigger, battery life is a long 11 hours with 5 AA cells.
