Hi everyone, I'm currently conducting a research project on the vocalizations of horned larks (or shore larks for you across the pond-ers) and I need to get ahold of as many recordings of this species as I can. Recordings of birds from the western United States are particularly helpful, but I'll take samples from anywhere in the world if I can get them. If you've recorded this species and would be willing to share your files in the interest of conservation biology, I (and the larks) would be eternally grateful. I'll make sure whoever participates gets a copy of the results of the study, and I'll also buy him/her the beverage of choice if we should ever meet in person. Please send files (with location info, ideally) to many thanks! |
