i have both David. The mkh-60 will only fit in the M(the larger) it's
a bummer because the windpac seems huge like a rugby ball. Most of
the time i use the L (smaller) for the 20-30-40 and 50  series.
Which ever way you go, the windpac is a valuable asset when room is
an issue....
