It took me back to the Platte River in Nebraska, Jim. They are wonderful
birds, almost prehistoric sounding... NICE!!!!

On a recent trip to Bosque del Apache in New Mexico I made a recording of
some flying Sandhill Cranes that I wanted to share. They were accompanied b=
y
a full orchestra of other bird vocalizations.

Recorded with a Telinga stereo dat mic. and a Sony MZ-R50 minidisk recorder=
.
There was a slight breeze, and distant road traffic that created a slight
low frequency murmur that I minimized using Adobe Auditions noise reduction
program. The file is 1.7 M.
