The recording is so badly over recorded that the clipping makes it hard
to identify anything for sure. It also wipes out any ability to
distinguish the call character on a sonogram.

I'm pretty sure there is a air conditioning compressor running.

The rythmic nature of the sounds makes me think it could be frogcalls.
Maybe Green Treefrogs, but that's a pure wild eyed guess based as much
on what I know would be calling there as the recording. Or maybe it's
just rythmic due to the auto volume control oscillating. Or the sound
activation kicking in and out.
