Gianni,

Delivery of the FR2-LE has been delayed.  One USA website says we
won't see the production version until December.  So no one has any
new information about how the unit sounds.  Boo!

Some people, upon seeing the photos of the FR2-LE, have been critical
of the control layout.  While the level meters, the dial for preamp
gain, headset input and headset monitor volume are on the front edge
of the recorder, all the remaining switches and the main display are
on the top.  This would make it difficult to change settings when the
FR2-LE is in a shoulder bag.

Personally, I think the control layout is OK.
