Cedric, I'm using a VP88 with a Sennheiser MZS 20-1 shock mount and pistol grip: http://www.cpcomms.com/cgi-bin/data/id101932.asp Although the VP88 widens toward the front end, as you mention, the mount's = little plastic saddles hold the mic just fine. I use the mount with a Sennheiser zepplin = for wind protection and it all works great. Guy |
