With ~10mv/Pa sensitivity, do you think the EM23's are a recommended 
match for the (mic pre gain challenged) MicroTrack?  That 
sensitivity number could be a bit low. Its based on a estimate I made 
when comparing their output to soundfile saturation to other known 
mics in a test. Rob D.
