condom tests

Back in November there was some discussion about condoms, 
amongst which from Rob D . . .

Rob, any results? I mean on effects on sound of course, and 
against wind, not so much on keeping damp out (!!). Seems a 
temptingly cheap, simple solution to keeping out the elements.
