I ordered mine a couple of weeks ago and got it this week.  The place
actually had it in stock at the time of order but didn't ship because
of some other equipment that had to be back ordered.

I got it from Coffey Sound.  You could also try Cascade Media, Gotham
Audio, or Trew Audio, amongst others.
