Sorry Paul.....
In iTunes you can drag and drop your files into folders, you make your own
folders and drag what is appropriate to them. Does this make sense?

Subject: [Nature Recordists] iTunes Library

To anyone who might know,

I've discovered how to add files to the 'LIBRARY' in iTunes, but each time
I add a folder the sound cuts are added to the other files and are not kept
in their own folder. Does anyone know any answer to this problem?

Best regards, Paul

PS - due to a crash I lost all the mail that came in yesterday, so anyone
who answered to my previous query, pls. re-send ...
