If no one mentioned it... ...Microsoft's own new AntiSpyware tool (available in beta) is actually pretty good! We had people in the office who've been running AdAware and Spybot S&D, and it still found a lot of gunk and ripped it out. Friendly interface too. Btw I second the recommendations for Firefox, we finally switched over and so far it seems great.
