To put the "PR" back in NPR, I didn't think to mention that the
NPR-syndicated WNYC show "The Next Big Thing" did a short piece on my
ongoing 'one-minute vacation' project last week...

... to which, in the patting-ourselves-on-the-back department, numerous
list members have graciously contributed to... :) (Always looking for
more provocative short recordings by the way... nudge nudge!)

The piece is now archived here along with a picture taken on (cough) one
of my more photogenic days:
