I have such a program working as part of a bird song trap.

Presently the only birds present are Black-capped Chickadees,
White-breasted Nuthatches, and American Crows.
You might notice that the program is not 100% accurate in
identifcation.
The system is particularly tuned to warbler songs > 1.2 Khz.
There is going to be a blizzard today so you also might notice some
false identification of wind noise as a bird song. I'm working on
that.Any ID of a warbler can be safely ignored at this time of year.
