We did, a couple years back put some effort into catching a frog that Lowe's folks had reported and ID'd from a photo as a Cuban. But, when caught it was a bullfrog. That was in Athens, GA, near my home. With all the plants that come up from Florida they probably are brought up frequently. But, for most of Georgia it's probably too cold for them. John Jensen sent me a note when it occurred, I'm one of their eyes and ears. I get notes of all the findings. It's one I watch for and know the call.
