HTML ADDS coming through even when settings are correct

Those extra html adds are coming in as ATTACHMENTS.  When the attachments
are allowed the html adds come through.  I looked at the message on the
server.
I am set to plain text and the bottom of your message had a flashing add.
This is the thing that is having things reconnect as they sent back cookies
to the source of the ad or bring the ad in.
