Sony still lists it in the accessories for the MZ-R30 here:
http://servicesales.sel.sony.com/service/homepage.htm
I note it was not in stock and they wanted nearly $100 for it. I'm sure
there are cheaper sources.
They turn up in new or near new condition on Ebay fairly often. There's
one auction for a new one right now:

Subject: Hi all
Hello,
I just want to give you some information about me and my recording
experiences and techniques.
First of all my name is Phil Schr=F6ter, I'm 15 years old an from
north-eastern germany(so forgive me my bad english please).
I live near a lake, many forests and marshes where many different bird and
cricket species are living.
I was doing recordings of bird sounds and other animal sounds since I was 5
years old and so of course the techniques I used got better.
Now I use a sennheiser ME 67 and a sony mzr700 minidisc recorder.
I'm blind and so it's great for me to explore the bird's sounds and I alway=
s
try to get the best recordings that are possible with my microphone.
I'm happy to join that list because a mailing list about this special
subject doesn't exist in german language so I have to try to speak english
as good as possible, sorry for that!
Ok, I'm looking forward to join that list and to talk to you about
recordings birds an other animals.
my best
Phil
