Dear Fellow Nature Recordists, I need your suggestion regarding archiving of sound files for later retrieval for sound analysis etc. My recordings are basically mono.So I do not know whether there is any point in archiving sounfiles as stereo file. Secondly, is there any other format than audi CD for CD burning for archiving purposes e.g. Wav format? I find it difficult to get Wav files back from audi CD tracks.
