Sounds like it could be. it is not one of the vocalizations that scream
eagle to me but they have a very varied vocabulary... BUT... I have heard a
Blue Jay sit by a feeder and make similar noises - but then again I am
talking about a bird that has a lot of variation in what he says. I have
had some but not a lot of experience around eagles... in fact do not have a
recording - again always find them when so not have the gear in the truck.
