A while ago a question was asked about the use of dessicant to protect equipment when traveling in an environment with high humidity. I came across a source for dessicant: http://www.all-pelican-cases-4-less.com/detail_pelican_1500d.html The aluminum package is 4" x 2" x 1/2", and has a built-in indicator that turns from blue to pink to signal that the dessicant is saturated and needs to be dried out in the oven. Cost: $8.20 plus shipping. oryoki ________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________ |
