To all PRO5W or PRO5B users:
Do NOT!! leave the PRO5 handle at "on" position for several days! Make sure
you switch it off! Even if the microphone is disconnected, two of the FET
transistors in the handle use 1 mA from the battery.
The new generation (friendly to the environment-generation) Ni-Mhy accus I
use in the PRO5 don't repair themselves after being totally drained. If the=
y
are drained completelly, they need to be replaced.
There is no shortage, though, and you can still use your Telinga by
connecting a external battery. Then fasten the external battery to the
output cable with a rubber band.
