Flock of 14 Gang-gangs

We were cycling along Captain Cook Crescent on the weekend, and a pair of parrots flew past that looked remarkably like Twenty-eights. We only had them in sight for a second or two, but I'm familiar with Twenty-eight Parrots, having grown up in Perth in the 1960s and 70s, when they were quite common. Unfortunately they have since largely been replaced in Perth itself by Rainbow Lorrikeets, which were introduced over there in the mid-1960s. My last few visits there I've only seen Twenty-eights when I've headed out of Perth to the surrounding bush.

I guess this pair, if they were Twenty-eights, were cage escapees.

Seen in a tree beside Hughes Oval early this morning. A long time since I’ve seen that many GGs in a flock together.

I was exercising, didn’t have my glasses on and there was poor light, so couldn’t count male/female/imm numbers.
