Hi Tracy and others
Several people have let me know about this. A request for Apple Gift Cards was most definitely not sent by me and is a well known scam. Such things are a sad fact of life nowadays. A useful tip with such scams is to look at the address from which the email was sent. In this case, at least one of these emails came from an address beginning President2998. The real address is  
Anyone who received this scam email could block the false address.
