Spangled Drongo at Jerra?

Today I met an observer (name?; I don't think he is an ebird user) who said to me that he had just seen a Spangled Drongo at the little hill with the two wooden benches. I went there briefly, but failed to find the bird (which means nothing since I was rather tired and had run out of time to stay and search for a longer period). Also no sign of the bird on my way back through the woodland loop.

Perhaps others may be lucky.
