Breeds in Russia, but not in China.  See attachment.  Following is from book on Birds of China – ‘Passage migrant in Taiwan. Straggler in Hebei and Liaoning.  May be overlooked in China due to difficulty in identification but seems to migrate directly from Japan to Australia.’
