Yes it appears to be a vs, rather than a cf (raptors in general don’t like each other). As in the photo of 2 birds, the upper one is a Brown Falcon & lower
one a Brown Goshawk. Other photo appears to me as 2 Brown Goshawks with Brown Falcon in the middle. I think the size of the bird (relative to BF) and rather sturdy build and what appears as a rounded tail, appear to rule out a Collared Sparrowhawk.
