A big thanks to everyone who responded regarding my request for finding some handheld walkies for birding out of phone range.

Special thanks to the person who gifted us some.  

Zach and I are visiting Budderoo NP this weekend, with the hope of observing and photographing ground parrots, bristle birds, southern emu-wren, and beautiful firetail.  

Due to the park being closed after 2pm Sunday, due to aerial pest control activity, we'll drop down to Shoalhaven Heads for a casual exploration of the inlet.
