Dear members
I have almost filled all spots for the field trip programme for 2024, but have a few gaps to fill before the programme appears in Dec Gang-gang. As I have said many times before, fewer than 20 of COG's more than 300 members volunteer to lead trips! So,
if you have been on a trip but have never volunteered to lead, now is your chance. You do not need to be an expert as there are always participants who will help ID the birds. Do you have a favourite birding spot, preferably somewhere that has not been recently
visited by COG, that you would enjoy showing other members? I have attached the list of suggestions I sent out earlier to give you some ideas (places in
red have already been taken).
