I dont think the issue is traversing through the mentioned area it is stopping /leaving vehicle etc as that section of the road runs through private land that is what you should be looking into stopping and leaving vehicle not driving through 

Also reports of especially a female who had a potty mouth, this does not help the situation it only aggravates it
