The burn off was minor. When I went up last Month during the burn off it was very worthwhile going up.

Blundell's Creek Road was closed due to flood damage I think now two Years ago? 

When I went up there last Month all the gates were open for the fire trucks doing a burn off and they were using the road so not sure why it is still closed.
