COG has been contacted by Elyssa Castles from the Molonglo Conservation Group (molonglo.org.au). They have funds remaining from an Environment Grant, and are looking to support a birding walk along the Oaks Estate River Corridor Heritage Walk in the next few weeks to complete a revegetation project, but need someone to lead the birdwalk. Elyssa noted that the local community is very interested in the bird life and supporting habitat development, with about 10-15 people expected at the event.

 

So long as you have an ABN, the group is happy to pay for your expertise.
