In a rather amazing few seconds on Saturday morning, I took a photograph of the three egret species
standing together at Jerrabomberra Wetlands. The photo appears in my ebird list for the morning at https://ebird.org/australia/checklist/S131149069 under the Little Egret entry
The size differences, and length of neck difference between Great and Intermediate are apparent ( the Little Egret does not have its neck extended)
