Many thanks Alison, that makes reports from 15 suburbs now, quite a lot for so early in October, and I’ve yet to record one in Chapman/Rivett.  Regards  Jack Holland

I heard a Koel in Conder (near Lanyon school) at 7:25 p.m. last night, also someone who happens to live near me (off Boddington Circuit) told me of hearing Koels for the past three days at their home.

My neck of the woods has just welcomed its first koel (well. to my limited hearing).  Corner of Empire Circuit and Northcote Crescent.

Also this morning, 2 Yellow-faced Honeyeaters and a Golden Whistler.
