When I first encountered the birds, they separated and I could hear the one nearest to me calling quietly. I have spent some time trying to extract this call from a very noisy video. The attached
file is as good as I have been able to do but it still contains a couple of ‘clicks’ that I could not remove without impacting on the calls. Because of the filters I have had to apply, the call will not have all frequencies but it does give an idea of what
the call sounds like.
I hope you can hear it (you may have to turn the sound up to pick it up). It makes the sound three times.
