Morning all, Just back (Sunday 0830) from looking at the Swift Parrots in the small park behind the Campbell shops. There are somewhere between 12 to 20 birds present and were reasonably easy to see. If you have not seen this endangered species then now is probably an opportune time to see them. If you are a photographer could you please check your photos to see if you can see any leg bands and if so and they are readable (or colour bands on which leg) let me know and I will pass the details on to the relevant people. Thanks, Mark -- This is the email announcement and discussion list of the Canberra Ornithologists Group.
