Just now, when practising my inexpert chipping on the small playing space on Flinders Way between La Perouse and Monaro two pairs of A Ravens began to compete with one another to remove the balls. Initially, they had a preference for the furthest ball from me, only about 30m away. I gave up when they’d taken 7 balls and they were clearly enjoying it, lining up waiting for more.  Chip – ball gone, chip – ball gone.
